Peter Dyrud

Peter Dyrud is a 2008 graduate of Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he earned a Master in Public Policy degree, writing his Policy Analysis Exercise on American interests in the China-India relationship for the National Security Council's Senior Director for Strategic Planning.
He grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN, and graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 2006 with a double major in physics and mathematics. He became interested in issues of integrity among public servants through his experience there as the Wing Honor Education Chairman. At Harvard, he started the Religion, Ethics, and Public Life Professional Interest Council; hosted a house church; coordinated events for international students; and published an article entitled "Addressing the Human Trafficking Crisis through Social Entrepreneurship" in the Kennedy School Review. He also served as an intern in the White House Office of Presidential Speech­writing and is currently in training to be a Combat Rescue Officer.
