Robert Seiple on International Religious Freedom and Vietnam

On 11 and 12 February 2004, Robert A. Seiple, Founder of the Institute for Global Engagement and former U.S. Ambassador for Religious Freedom, testified before the US Senate and House of Representatives.
His first hearing was conducted before the House International Relations Committee, in which Ambassador Seiple outlined the Report on International Religious Freedom.
The second hearing was conducted before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, in which Ambassador Seiple addressed specific religious freedom issues in Vietnam their impact on the development of the country.
