IGE Advisory Board member Andrew Natsios to be Honored at the Society for International Development Annual Gala Dinner

The Washington, DC chapter of the Society for International Development—a  global association of development professionals committed to inclusive, fair, and sustainable economic and social development—is  holding its Annual Gala Dinner in Washington on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 from 5:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. 

They will be honoring Andrew Natsios, former USAID Administrator and member of the IGE Board of Advisors, by presenting him with the SID-Washington Award for Leadership in Development for his profound contribution to the international development community.   

Recent SID-Washington Annual Dinner honorees include Aaron Williams, Director of the Peace Corps; Senators Kerry and Lugar;  Kemal Dervis, former UNDP Administrator;  Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Managing Director of the World Bank; Jim Kolbe, former Congressman and Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Foreign Operations; and many other international development luminaries.
